Refund policy

Saddle Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it arrives, please feel free to ship it back to us within 5 days of receiving. All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. 

We just ask that you pay the freight back, that you have not ridden the new saddles, and that the saddles come back to us in the same shape that they were sent to you in. On "most" used saddles, we actually encourage you to ride them. Just be sure to return them clean and in the same condition you received them in if you decide it won't work for you.
